Software To Help You Make Your Own Bianural Beats And Isochhronic Tones Audios

Audacity Recorder (and so much more)

Small audacity logo

This is an amazingly powerful tool. For it small appearance and all that you would think all it does is record and play back, mix down tracks and a few other things but I used this long before I ended up grabbing the Adobe Audition software and have nothing but good things to say about it.

I’m not even sure what the limit is to tracks you can mix down with audacity, suffice it to say, the fact it’s a free download is a bonus.

It might take you a bit to learn and adjust to all the ins and outs of it but it’s well worth the effort. There is also a plugin you can add, I can’t remember if it’s in the download, that allows you to easily create your own Isochronic Tones. Very cool

Audacity combined with some of this other software I will list here are my most common sources to put together some very simple and some very complex audios and videos for myself and friends.

You can download Audacity here.

Gnaural Isochonic And Binaural Beats Generator

The Gnaural software is something a bit more complex than audacity for creating your own tones, yet very simple to get a handle on so you can then add your tones and beats to audacity to put some background sounds to it if you don’t like using the bare tones.

There are times I simply use the bare tones and others where it’s nice to have some sort of natural sounds to somewhat mask the tones.

There’s plenty of support and a pretty strong community behind both Gnaural and Audacity so there is no shortage of help available for you.

I’ll also be doing some videos here to help you along with your creating of binaural beats and isochronic tones with all these pieces.

Here again this is something under the GNU license so it is another free source for you to use and play around with.

You can download Gnaural here.

Resonance Sound Generator

The Resonance Sound and Binaural Beat Generator is something from Eternal Eye Software, who sadly are no longer around.

Thankfully their software is still available freely online for us to use and play with.

This is one of those pieces youcan spend hours playing around with. Dialing in any number of combinations of background sounds.

There is also the ability to add a binaural beat in here, though I have found it a bit confusing and a lot easier to use something else like Gnaural to do that part.

For me creating an isochronic or a beat track I tend to use the Gnaural for that bit and resonance for some sort of sound overlay after.

The good thing, well one of the good things with Resonance is you have the ability to add your own ambient background souns as well.

There is a small section of how to’s and help that come with the software to give you a cursory understanding of how it works. After that it’s up to you to spend some time dialing it in to see what you like and what works for you sounds wise.
