Starting Off The New Year With New Habits Using Binaural Beats
Now, into the first part of the year I’ve come up with a plan of sorts. A way using binaurals and isochronics to change or rather add some new habits to my life this year.
According to Dr. Joseph Murphy the writer of “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind“, it takes 21 days to form a new habit.If you haven’t read this book, and it’s been around for a long time, you should. If you ever wanted to know how to improve your life, change it in any way, this might be the answer to the “how to”part.So along with using some of the other binaural beats meditations I have I’ll be making some of my own to form some new habits.
